I bought Remove ads, but I still see ads

Open How to play, tap Purchases and restore, then tap Restore purchase. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account you bought it with. Restoring is free.

I got a new phone

Your Remove ads purchase comes with you: restore it as above. Scores and settings are kept on each phone, so they start fresh on a new one. If you use Game Center on iPhone, your leaderboard scores and achievements live in your Game Center account.

Game Center isn't showing

On iPhone, open Settings → Game Center and sign in, then reopen Halves. Leaderboards and achievements appear under Scores on the menu and on the game-over screen.

Changing your ad privacy choices

If you were asked for consent when you first opened Halves, you can change your answer at any time under How to play → Privacy choices. On iPhone, you can also turn off tracking in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

No sound

Check the music and sound buttons on the menu. On iPhone, the ring/silent switch can mute games.

Deleting your data

Halves has no accounts. Deleting the app removes everything it stored on your phone. See the privacy policy for what the ad and purchase services keep, and how to ask them to delete it.
